1. Agreement Acceptance

By registering for the Publisher Bucks affiliate program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance during registration and governs your participation in our affiliate marketing program.

Publisher Bucks reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify affiliates of significant changes via email or dashboard announcements.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1 Promotional Standards

Affiliates must maintain professional standards in all promotional activities. You agree to:

• Promote products honestly and accurately without false claims
• Use only approved promotional materials provided by Publisher Bucks
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Maintain appropriate content standards on websites and marketing materials
• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship as required by law

2.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:

• Spam email marketing or unsolicited communications
• Trademark or brand bidding on search engines
• Cookie stuffing, fraud, or artificial traffic generation
• Promoting on illegal content websites or inappropriate platforms
• Misrepresenting products
• Using misleading domain names or impersonating Publisher Bucks

3. Commission Structure

3.1 Commission Rates

Affiliates earn commissions based on completed sales generated through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates are determined by:

• Standard Rate: 50% of net sale amount
• Product Categories: Rates may vary by product type

3.2 Transaction Tracking

All sales must be tracked through official affiliate links provided in your dashboard. Commissions are only credited for:

• Sales completed within the cookie duration period (90 days default)
• First-time customers to the specific domain
• Transactions that successfully complete payment processing
• Sales that pass fraud verification checks

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment Schedule

Publisher Bucks processes affiliate payments according to the following schedule:

• Payment Frequency: Monthly payments on or around the 1st of each month
• Settlement Period: 30-60 day period for transaction verification and fraud prevention
• Minimum Payout: $50 minimum threshold required for payment processing
• Payment Method: PayPal payments to verified affiliate email addresses

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are subject to the following conditions:

• Affiliates must provide valid PayPal email addresses for payment processing
• Earnings below minimum threshold carry over to subsequent months
• Refunds and chargebacks will be deducted from future commission payments
• Publisher Bucks reserves the right to hold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity

5. Account Management

5.1 Account Requirements

Affiliate accounts must maintain the following standards:

• Accurate and current contact information including valid PayPal email
• Compliance with all promotional guidelines and content standards
• Active promotion with at least one sale or significant traffic within 365 days
• Professional communication and adherence to program policies

5.2 Account Termination

Publisher Bucks may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for:

• Violation of promotional guidelines or prohibited activities
• Fraudulent activity or attempted manipulation of tracking systems
• Failure to maintain current contact information
• Any activity that damages the Publisher Bucks brand or reputation

6. Intellectual Property

All promotional materials, trademarks, logos, and content provided by Publisher Bucks remain our exclusive property. Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these materials solely for Program promotion during active participation.

Upon termination of affiliate relationship, all rights to use Publisher Bucks intellectual property immediately cease, and affiliates must remove all promotional materials from their websites and marketing channels.

7. Compliance Requirements

7.1 Legal Compliance

Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws including:

• FTC disclosure requirements for affiliate relationships
• CAN-SPAM Act compliance for email marketing
• GDPR and privacy regulations where applicable
• Local advertising and consumer protection laws

7.2 Content Standards

All affiliate promotional content must:

• Be appropriate for adult audiences (18+ years)
• Include proper age verification and legal disclaimers
• Comply with platform policies where content is published

8. Limitation of Liability

Publisher Bucks' liability to affiliates is limited to unpaid commissions owed at the time of termination unless terminated for a breach of these terms and conditions. We are not liable for:

• Lost profits, indirect, or consequential damages
• Technical issues affecting tracking or reporting systems
• Third-party actions affecting affiliate promotional activities
• Changes to commission rates or program structure
• Payment of unpaid commissions due to account termination for breach of these terms and conditions

9. Legal and Compliance

9.1 FTC Compliance

Affiliates must comply with FTC guidelines regarding disclosure of affiliate relationships. All promotional content must clearly disclose the affiliate relationship.

9.2 Tax Responsibilities

Affiliate Tax Obligations: Affiliates are solely responsible for all applicable taxes on commissions earned through the Publisher Bucks affiliate program. This includes but is not limited to income taxes, self-employment taxes, and any other taxes required in your jurisdiction.

Record Keeping: Affiliates should maintain detailed records of all commission payments received. Publisher Bucks will provide annual payment summaries upon written request to assist affiliates with their tax preparation, but affiliates remain solely responsible for accurate tax reporting in their respective jurisdictions.

International Affiliates: Non-US affiliates must comply with their local tax reporting requirements. Publisher Bucks does not provide tax advice or file tax documents for any jurisdiction. Affiliates should consult with qualified tax professionals regarding their specific obligations.

Tax Documentation: While Publisher Bucks maintains comprehensive payment records and can provide payment summaries, we do not generate or file formal tax documents such as 1099 forms. Affiliates acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for obtaining any required tax forms from their local tax authorities or preparing their own documentation as required by their jurisdiction's tax laws.

9.3 Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through:

1. Direct Communication: Initial contact with affiliate management team
2. Formal Review: Escalation to senior management for review
3. Binding Arbitration: Final resolution through arbitration if necessary

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Publisher Bucks is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Program Changes

Publisher Bucks reserves the right to modify the Program including:

• Commission rates and payment terms with 30 days notice
• Available products and promotional materials
• Technical systems and tracking methodologies
• Program policies and affiliate requirements

Significant changes will be communicated through email notifications and dashboard announcements. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of program modifications.

12. Confidentiality

Affiliates acknowledge that information about commission rates, conversion data, and program strategies constitutes confidential business information. This information may not be shared with third parties or used for competitive purposes.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause. Upon termination:

• Affiliate access to promotional materials and tracking systems will cease
• Unpaid commissions for verified transactions will be paid according to normal schedule unless terminated by Publisher Bucks for breach of these terms and conditions
• All intellectual property rights revert to Publisher Bucks
• Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely
